This page allows you to search the Social Psychology Network directory of social scientists, including more than 500 experts who have agreed to be Media Contacts (willing to answer media inquiries about their area of research expertise) or Career Mentors for students from underrepresented groups (willing to answer career questions from racial or ethnic minority students, first-generation college students, or students with a disability). Editors, publishers, and others seeking an expert are also welcome to use this page.
We ask, however, that you not use the Expert Search for:
- Commercial solicitations of any kind
- Student requests for help or information on papers or projects
- Any purpose that would violate the SPN User Policy
To locate an expert, you may either check boxes that correspond to research topics or type a keyword or phrase below. When typing more than one word, be sure to use quotation marks (e.g., "affirmative action").
